HRM One d.o.o. is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry, headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We are a consulting company focused on human resources management and leadership development.

We build HR processes and management systems that are efficient, focused on employee development, motivational and in compliance with the labor law legislation. We equip leaders with tools for easier and more efficient management as well as offer trainings and consulting services.

We handle leadership development and employee management across four aspects: OPERATIVE ASPECT, where we manage HR operating procedures, work with external institutions, analyze human resources data and solve HR issues; PROFESSIONAL ASPECT, where we solve human resources and managerial issues and introduce good business practices in terms of human resources processes and management systems; LABOR LAW ASPECT, where we handle labor law procedures and ensure the legality of business related to labor relations; STRATEGIC ASPECT, where we strategically manage and plan human resources and managerial processes, advise on leading the company with corporate management and formulation of human resources politics.
