We are HRPro, a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Minsk, Belarus.

We provide services to help people find work and to support organizations with staffing and recruitment needs. We offer career counseling, resume creation, temporary work, career guidance, opportunities to work abroad, internships, and employment with HRPro. We also assist with job searches by fields such as digital & e-commerce, information technologies (IT), finance and accounting, call centers, logistics and manufacturing, marketing/PR/sales, human resources, and medical representatives. In staffing, we offer management selection, recruiting, headhunting, provision of temporary staff, mass recruitment, urgent mass recruitment, on-site representation at client premises, HR documentation audits, temporary secretaries, and salary surveys. In staffing by specialization, we include IT, finance/accounting, engineering/technical personnel, marketing/PR, human resources, jurisprudence, administrative personnel, pharmaceuticals / life sciences, digital & e-commerce, research and analytics, and sales. In outsourcing, we provide outsourcing of personnel recruitment, outsourcing of business processes, outsourcing of administrative functions, outsourcing of reception, supplier management, outsourcing of call centers, outsourcing of medical representatives, HR documentation support, and audits in administrative services. In consulting, we provide HR consulting, market reviews and research, Graduate Recruitment programs and HR branding development, training for HR professionals and managers, development of motivation systems, HR reserves, personnel assessment, outplacement and career planning, distance learning systems, and talent management.

We deliver our services through direct engagement with job seekers and client organizations, following established processes for job search, staffing, outsourcing, and consulting.
