HUMAIN, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.

We specialize in executive search, search and selection, candidate assessment, and outplacement. We have 20 years of experience delivering solutions nationally and internationally in renewables, wind, food processing, construction, fintech, SAAS, and mechanical/industrial engineering. Besides these industries, we also find talent at strategic, tactical, and specialist levels in other industries. Our specialties include recruitment, outplacement, and sparring/mentoring at the director level.

We conduct executive search to identify candidates who will define, support, and execute the strategy, with most search activities conducted confidentially for C-level positions. We perform search & selection to find specialists and middle managers who execute the strategy and secure the results, and these processes can be confidential as well as open regarding the customer's identity. We support candidate assessment by assisting our clients in choosing among relevant candidates in external or internal recruitment processes. Candidate assessment consists of a pre-analysis, thorough interviews including personal profile and cognitive tests; a thorough interview with the candidate includes feedback on personal profile and a logic test, and most importantly detailed feedback to the hiring leader. We offer outplacement programs dedicated to executives, managers, and employees, with ongoing support and counseling for a fixed period. Most people find a new job within five months.
