We are Human Centrum, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We guide thousands of people into legal, registered employment each year, matching the best candidate with the right employer. We offer high-quality, complex HR solutions and provide atypical employment services. Besides recruitment, we support more than 420 partners with temporary staffing, HR outsourcing, retiree employment and student recruitment across Hungary. Our aim is to increase, develop and save human resource efficiency, which is important for the success of companies. We believe the HR sector needs two basic capabilities to accomplish this mission: a competitive approach and the capability of renewal—adapting to the current labour market.
