We are Human Connection, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We employ recruiters who are highly experienced professionals, each with over 12 years of hands-on work in the Romanian tech hiring market. We understand engineering cultures, speak the language of developers, and know how to partner directly with technical hiring managers. We do what we say and say what we do, and that’s why we’re trusted as real partners, not just vendors.

We rely on deep, first-hand knowledge of the local talent landscape. We understand not just the technologies, but how developers work, what they expect, and what keeps them engaged long-term. We recruit across the entire spectrum of the tech industry in Romania, from early-stage startups to companies with thousands of employees, from legacy technologies like COBOL to advanced fields like Machine Learning, from junior developers to engineering managers. Most of the candidates we work with are not actively applying but are open to the right opportunity.

We don’t cover multiple regions or industries. We recruit only for Romania, and only for tech.
