We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We aim to find and develop senior talents in Japan and the Asia Pacific region through our executive search and other HR solutions. Our consultants are experts in their respective specialized industries, enabling us to provide insights into candidates who fit our clients' needs, which extends beyond identifying executives. We also offer a wide range of talent solutions designed to support our clients and their performance in the changing and demanding marketplace.

We deliver our services through four core offerings: Executive Search, HR Consulting, HR Academy, and HR Outsourcing (PEO). Through Executive Search, we identify executives who align with our clients' needs. Our HR Consulting provides tailor-made consulting from seasoned experts to support HR departments. Our HR Academy offers leadership training programs for HR professionals at all levels. Our HR Outsourcing (PEO) provides legally compliant solutions to start a business in Japan.
