Human Resource Training

We are Human Resource Training, operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

We exist to support the people side of the business through human resource training. We focus on enabling HR professionals to select, interview and hire the right candidates for a wide range of job openings. We also help develop pamphlets on company policies and keep employees informed about health benefits and safety issues, including related regulations. We train HR professionals to resolve employee conflicts and to be equipped with the necessary skills, techniques, tools and intelligence to manage the human side of the business.

Our approach centers on building these capabilities and applying them in practice. We emphasize training that covers selecting, interviewing and hiring, policy communication, health benefits, safety considerations, and conflict resolution.

We operate in Malaysia.

Ultimately, we deal with the human side of the business and must be equipped with the necessary skills, techniques, tools and intelligence.
