Human Strat

Human Strat is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Paris, France.

We are dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations, public and private entities, and public administrations in their search for and recruitment of talent.

We accompany the public sector, the nonprofit sector, and the education sector throughout the year in their recruitment projects for permanent contracts (CDI), fixed-term contracts (CDD), and transition management. Our field of operation is national and multi-sectoral.

Our specialties include non-profit, associative, ESS (social and solidarity economy), public sector, local authorities, health, education, medico-social, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), foundations, federations, cities, municipalities, hospitals, interco (inter-municipal cooperation), the state, recruitment, permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, and contractual roles.

We operate nationwide in France.
