We are Human to Business H2B, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We specialize in executive search recruitment for senior management roles. We use the competency balance method to identify a candidate’s development potential and to identify their strengths and weaknesses. We conduct strategic workshops and development programs to increase organizational effectiveness and strengthen personal effectiveness. We also offer individual or team coaching to support development and help achieve set goals. We introduce innovative information-gathering methods, such as the synthetron discussion, an interactive online discussion that enables reliable, fast, safe and anonymous information gathering, drawing on input from across the organization to guide future action. We approach each project and client individually, discuss needs, and set project goals. We share our knowledge and experience with clients while continuing our own development. We believe that proper communication is the key to success, and we maintain strong relationships with our clients.
