iChar | IT Recruitment is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

We provide talent acquisition services focused on IT and related roles, with twelve years of experience and a track record of closing more than 500 vacancies. We have established a system of productive and comfortable relationships for our clients, and we have earned the trust of companies such as Sber, VK, Yandex, and Selectel.

We deliver our services through direct search, using more than 30 channels to identify candidates. We maintain our own database of over 40,000 IT specialists. The average time to close a vacancy is 15 days, and the average time from candidate selection to start of work is 28 days. If a candidate leaves during the probationary period, we provide a free replacement. Our payment terms are flexible: payment is made upon the candidate starting, and the cost can be split into two parts, fixed and not tied to salaries.
