IMPC Personnel Hungária Kft. is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We provide Executive Search and Selection services to recruit senior, middle level and specialist roles throughout Hungary and Central Europe. We are the exclusive Hungarian partner of Glasford International, a global executive search firm with offices throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North and South Americas. Glasford supports clients in executive search and selection, leadership and personality assessments at an international, cross-border and local level.

We offer two types of recruitment services: Executive Search for senior executives and experts with IMPC-Glasord International Hungary, and Recruitment and Selection for mid-level managers and specialists with IMPC Search and Selection. We partner with global corporate groups as well as small and medium-sized multinational companies.

Our specialties include Executive Search & Selection, Candidate Assessment, and Compensation Consulting, and we work across sectors including Automotive, Electronics, Mechanical Industry, Foodstuff Processing, Business Services, and Technology.

We operate throughout Hungary and Central Europe and are based in Budapest, Hungary.

We have more than fifteen years of experience in personnel consulting. This experience, together with a client-centred approach, thoroughness, and market-aligned specialization, has contributed to our dynamic development in recent years. Our advisory activities focus on searching for and evaluating leaders and professionals, providing interim placements for leaders and experts, building and developing corporate HRM systems, and advising on HR marketing and compensation competitiveness. Our services are primarily used by rapidly growing industrial and business sector companies, including automotive, electronics, mechanical engineering, metal and plastics processing, the food industry, and outsourced business services.
