We are Intermedia Selection, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We are part of the Key2People Group, with Italian capital. We operate internationally thanks to the IIC Partners network present in 40 countries with 52 offices. The values that distinguish us include a passion for the challenge, a solid partnership with our clients, and the attention we give to candidates throughout the selection process.

We are organized by market practice and functional area to deliver our services in a structured, process-focused way.

We operate internationally through the IIC Partners network, with offices in Milan and Rome, Italy.

In 2014 we opened the Padua office, joining the established offices in Milan and Rome.
