We are ERAVOLVE LLC, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We are an international recruitment company that focuses on assisting businesses to address their labor shortages through foreign recruitment solutions. We partnered with 400 companies in 16 countries. We search and recruit for over 50 professions in a wide range of trades. Our scope of services starts from recruiting temporary seasonal labour to searching and relocating highly skilled specialists and their families. For over 20 years we have been helping companies take advantage of the growing trend of international labor mobility and to overcome the challenge of labour shortages in their local markets.
