We are InterStep, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands.

With a clear scope, a broad range of clients, and our knowledge and experience in the market, we have been matching technical professionals with technical organizations for more than 20 years. We work from our office in Utrecht with a passionate and driven team, and we pursue sustainable collaboration and the well-being and development of our staff.
