IP Consulting

We are IP Consulting, a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in CABA, Argentina.

We perform selection and evaluation of all types of profiles: administrative, operational, technical, managerial, and IT. We offer search and selection of professional profiles, middle-level and managerial roles; psychotechnical evaluations, both group and individual; in-person or virtual modalities; psychodiagnostics. Our objective is to create a synergy between the needs of the company and the competencies and aspirations of the candidate, and to find talent whose profile aligns with the vacancy and with the organizational culture, which is fundamental to the candidate's integration.

We deliver our services through defined processes for selection and evaluation, with options for in-person or virtual delivery (Skype), and we include psychodiagnostics as part of our assessments.
