We are IPRA LT, a privately held staffing and recruiting agency operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are an international personnel recruitment agency. Our main clients are businesses involved in the procurement, processing, and administration of secondary raw materials, located around the world. Our mission is to help organizations successfully expand their operations and to help employees discover new job opportunities.

We deliver our services by coordinating with clients and candidates to provide clear and detailed information about jobs, responsibilities, and living conditions, and we offer competitive compensation and career opportunities. We pursue long-term collaborations; due to the unique nature of certain positions, our clients invest in employees to train them and familiarize them with activities. We seek employees for long-term projects and expect the same from candidates. If needed, we also communicate with employees who are already employed. We aim to provide timely feedback to both candidates and clients about the recruitment process, and we take care of travel documents and flights, and we provide all guarantees to the employee.

We operate with clients whose operations span around the world, and we are based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
