Iris Recruits is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We are a boutique recruitment firm created to bridge the gap between employers and jobseekers. Our objective is to help employers find candidates who will bring value and great contribution to the organization that hires them, and to help job seekers find their perfect dream job, which they’ll do passionately, which in turn reduces staff turnover and increases long-term performance.

We operate from an office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and we work with organizations and recruiters in Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and the United Kingdom. We are run by a dynamic team that understands both employers and jobseekers, and we deliver our services through a focused, process-driven approach.
