ISEG Junior Talent Recruitment is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our aim is to foster a relationship of proximity between university students and the business environment by promoting their growth and joint evolution, through the provision of services with social and economic benefits.

Our core business is recruitment and selection of university students, and the Portuguese corporate environment lacks companies exclusively dedicated and directed to startups and SMEs, which allows us to operate in a new and promising segment. We intend to help fulfill this gap by opening doors to an unknown market to many and contributing to the future professional success of students and growth of these companies.

Our specialties include Recruitment & Selection, Human Resources, Summer Internships, Curricular Internships, Job Opportunities, and Ambassador Programs.

We operate in Portugal.

Our goal is to encourage our members' personal and professional growth through the development of entrepreneurial spirit and soft skills, and to direct our efforts to our members' and other stakeholders' needs and requirements.
