We are ITCP - IT Career Professionals, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

We are a small team of recruitment specialists who work in the IT-HR space, with more than five years of experience staffing teams for companies around the world. Our clients include product companies and international outsourcers.

We deliver our services by identifying and presenting qualified candidates for roles in backend development (Java, .NET, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C++, PHP), front-end development (JavaScript, Angular, React, Typescript, Vue), mobile development (iOS, Android), manual and automation QA, and project and product managers. We also offer free consultations to developers who want to learn about vacancies but do not have time to send resumes. We donate 25% of each closed vacancy to the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and volunteers. We are building a user-friendly site about recruitment, HR and IT management to share information with the IT community, and this project helps colleagues access interesting and up-to-date information about professional life in the community.
