IWR WorkForce International, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus.

We define our approach by how and why we do what we do. With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, we combine recruitment expertise along with a strong understanding of market trends. We challenge the recruitment industry's reputation for bad practices and poor service. We tell those we are working with exactly how things stand, and we may refer people to non-clients when appropriate. We do this because we are dedicated to the work itself, not solely for the fee.

We communicate plainly about our process and what we can offer. We focus on transparency in our work and on delivering practical guidance that supports hiring outcomes.
