We are JMO - Recursos Humanos, a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Our purpose is to provide professional solutions tailored to our clients' needs, acting as strategic partners in resource selection and talent management in line with their objectives and key decisions. We diagnose and identify hiring needs for small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on talent attraction. We deliver end-to-end processes that include building a role profile, publishing ads on various job portals, headhunting through LinkedIn and our own databases, recruitment, telephone screenings, presenting weekly shortlists, conducting virtual and competency-based interviews, presenting interview reports, coordinating pre-employment checks, and accompanying the candidate through onboarding.
