Jobhouse

Jobhouse is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Gdańsk, Poland.

Our mission is to contribute to the development of the labor market for workers, businesses and the local community. We are socially responsible—we activate the unemployed and the elderly, and we seek to equalize opportunities between men and women on the labor market. We actively support the development of the labor market through cooperation with other labor market institutions, such as local job centers, student career offices, volunteer associations and other organizations, by exchanging knowledge, contributing to good HR practices and promoting activities in accordance with global standards and local law.

We combine knowledge and experience with modern methods and an individualized approach to each project. We place customers, employees and temporary workers at the center of our work. We aim to provide helpful and responsive service, with attention and commitment to client needs.

We provide services across permanent recruitment, employee leasing, direct search (head hunting), outplacement, try & hire, HR consulting, and payroll and HR administration.

We operate in Poland, with locations in Gdańsk and Warsaw, Poland.
