We recruit exceptional people for exceptional service. Our clients include luxury cruise ships and premium 5-star hotels and hospitality businesses. We currently offer services for cruise lines, hospitality and other sectors in India, Australia, Dubai, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States. We partner with hiring partners for Norwegian Cruise Lines, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Marella Cruises, Cordelia Cruises, Bahamas Paradise, Explora Journeys and Viking Ocean Cruises. We provide culinary, cruise line and skills training. We partner with the India International Skill Centre (IISC) and NSDC. We operate under a never-a-placement-fee policy and we are ISO 9001 and MLC 2006 certified.

We deliver recruitment and training services through our academy and partner networks, focusing on hospitality recruitment, cruise line manning, cruise culinary school, personality and leadership programs, and spoken English training. We operate a culinary, cruise line and skills training academy.
