We are Karriereflyt, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We were founded in 2022 with a vision to bring a new approach to the recruitment industry, characterized by humility and understanding. We aim to create an agency that sets new expectations for both candidates and clients. We started small with a wish to be an intimate and grounded agency that works closely with clients to maximize value. We are a newly established agency that will set a new focus around candidate selections and needs analyses with clients. An important principle for us is that candidates referred through us are presented and evaluated in a holistic light, considering personal abilities and characteristics alongside education and experience. Clients should know that their needs are heard, and we seek to explore ways to arrive at a delivery that creates synergy and flow in their operations. Candidates referred by us should always be delivered in line with the preferences and needs we explain in advance of a delivery.

Our approach centers on working closely with clients to understand their needs, conducting needs analyses, and presenting candidates in a holistic way. We view each candidate through multiple perspectives, beyond experience, schooling, and grades, and assess them as potential resources based on personal abilities and characteristics in the context of education and experience.
