We are KLAUSEN & benefix // Mere trivsel - mere arbejdsglæde, a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.

We address leaders and workplaces who wish to focus on employee well-being through leadership development programs and individual conversations with key employees. Our approach to well-being and job satisfaction has been developed from 1000 conversations with key employees on sick leave since 2012. We believe that poor well-being can be avoided with the right knowledge and tools for both leaders and employees.

We deliver our services through competence development programs for leaders and conversations for key employees, and through Benefix, a wellbeing and learning platform with exercises and courses on demand in Danish and English.
