LaBolsape

LaBolsape — we are an educational organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We operate the internship office and job exchange of the School of Communications at USMP, and we created LaBolsa.pe as the first exclusive employment point for communicators. To meet the professional demand in the media and in the sector's major organizations, we encourage active participation of our students and graduates in the various recruitment and selection processes. We have set the goal of forming professionals with a work culture that enhances their competencies, enabling them to perform notably in the current market.

We deliver our services by supporting the active participation of our students and graduates in recruitment and selection processes. We provide a pathway for candidates to engage with opportunities through LaBolsa.pe and the school’s internship framework, reinforcing the processes of recruitment and selection.

We specialize in a Job Board, Pre-professional and Professional Internships, Recruitment and Selection of Personnel, and Job Search.
