Le Marketing du Recrutement

Le Marketing du Recrutement is our name. We are a self-employed entity in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

We focus on employer branding and the recruitment process. Our aim is to show how to develop an employer branding strategy that is strong and attractive to potential workers, and how to recruit rare labor on a given market through a results-oriented recruitment process founded on a commercial approach. We view these two themes as two sides of the same coin: the recruitment process is the operational part of the profession, while branding is the strategic work done upstream by a company to ensure the recruitment process is applied.

We describe a culture that blends Marketing and recruitment functions, a concept that has been developed over several years and which we regard as a key to solving the challenge. The reader will find tools and techniques purely from Marketing (the BCG Matrix, the SWOT Matrix, etc.) used for recruitment-related purposes.
