We are Leadership by Design, a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in D'abadie, Trinidad and Tobago.

We are a leadership development firm focused on identifying, harnessing and developing talent at every stage of our leadership journey. As trainers and equippers by trade, we invest in equipping persons with the necessary tools to lead at the earliest possible opportunity.

We firmly believe in the necessity and uniqueness of leadership talent, designing and delivering quality programs that will secure and bolster the success of leaders at every season of life. By offering a curriculum of practical tips and tools drawn from our own frailty, real life cases and solid biblical principles, we expand the leadership capacity of our clients. Some of the topics that we deal with are: Leadership Preparation – How to position talent for success; Leadership Sustainability – How to avoid performance addiction and leadership burnout; Maximizing Leadership – How to strategically understand, organize and develop the persons around you; Avoiding Leadership Traps – How to identify and avoid the common pitfalls that destroy the most promising leadership talent. We also offer outplacement services that provide a soft landing space for displaced leadership talent to recover, retool and, if necessary, reinvent themselves in anticipation of their next career move. Within this space, we partner with corporations that are compelled to rationalize their headcount but still want to ensure that its displaced employees receive the help they need to navigate this new season of life. By taking them through a multi-step process of healing, self discovery and restoration, we reinvigorate, redirect and reposition them for their next endeavor.
