Levin Human Resources Development Limited (Employment Agency Licence No. 80634) — we are a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1987 and are headquartered in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.

We were established to provide high value added human resources consulting services to our clients.

We began as a joint-venture between Chinese and French partners, operating on a small agency model. We have practiced more than 20 years in the profession. After 14 years of development since our establishment, we expanded our organization, scope of services and geographic coverage in the Pearl River Delta of China as our first phase of significant development in the 21st century. Our scope of services widened to cover recruitment, outsourcing, as well as business advisory. Formerly we primarily served multinational companies of European, American and Japanese origin. Recently, due to rapid development of China's economy and acceleration of clients' business in China, our services have extended to cover major brand names of Chinese enterprise. We have always put our core values into practice and we will continue to move ahead, both in quality service areas and geographic coverage.

We provide recruitment, outsourcing, and business advisory services, and we work across Banking / Finance, Telecom / Technology, Logistic / Merchandising, and Media / Entertainment.

Our geographic scope has included the Pearl River Delta region in China and, over time, our services have extended to major Chinese enterprises. We formerly served multinational companies of European, American and Japanese origin.
