Licence2Skill is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Vlaanderen, Belgium.

We believe in natural innate skills. We recognize that young people have the flexibility and energy to make a difference, and seniors have the hunger to prove themselves one last time and the experience to make a difference. By working together on those skills and facilitating cross-fertilization between these two groups, we create the space to make the leap to the labour market and succeed.
