Link Japan Careers Inc. is a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We are the go-to resource for professionals and organizations seeking to overcome the challenges that globalization poses for staffing, on-boarding and employee support. We provide fully comprehensive services based on cross-cultural design, including recruiting international professionals, cross-cultural consulting services for businesses, and on-boarding support for both individual job seekers and companies looking to succeed at an international level.

We are not limited to operating in Japan; we work with more than 15,000 job seekers annually through overseas recruiters covering North America and the Caribbean, the United Kingdom and Europe, and Asia and Oceania. We see about 1,000 of these applicants finding employment in Japan each year, and we expect this number to grow in the years to come.
