LODKA, we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

Our name comes from a team game in which all participants were united by a common goal: to be first in their field. In that boat there were no perfect people, but we had strengths, a mission, and a purpose. There were ups and downs, but we always understood that we were in the same boat and needed to sail forward. Those were different people of various genders and ages, from different cities with varied interests, yet together we formed a mechanism that worked toward success. When we created the agency, we wanted our clients, job seekers, and employers to understand that by collaborating with us we become part of one team. We are in the same boat. We strive to understand not only the employer's requirements but also their values, and we aim to find people with a similar worldview, similar goals, and similar life orientation.
