We provide French companies with talent and Maghrebi IT experts who meet recruitment requirements. Communicate: we disseminate your offer to a broad panel online with a tailored job posting. Network: being specialized in your field, our network is composed of profiles who work in this domain, and we draw on our own database and social connections. Hunt: depending on the profiles we seek, we use direct outreach for a targeted search.

Our services and areas of specialization include IT services companies (SSII) and recruitment consultancy. After defining the profile, we handle the entire recruitment process (searching for profiles, telephone and in-person interviews, verification of diplomas and references). You receive a short-list of candidates. Our method reduces the timelines of traditional recruitment.
