We are M&N Recruit AB, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We specialize in recruitment, headhunting and search. We provide tailored solutions for companies that want to outsource their entire recruitment process or need help filling qualified personnel. We also offer staffing and temporary interim solutions. We prioritize quality in every step of our process and aim to provide the skills and attributes our clients require to be successful. Our recruitment process includes personal interviews and presentations of candidates who match the requirements and are attracted to the role. The client then conducts interviews with the selected candidates, which proceed to in-depth assessments. After selecting the final candidate, an employment contract is signed. We act as advisors throughout the recruitment process, supporting both candidates and clients by coordinating meetings.

We prefer a more personal and long-term collaboration, where we learn about the client’s business, culture and resource needs. Together we strive to find the right candidate for the job. After a few months we follow up on our recruitments with both the candidate and the client to ensure everything functions as planned.
