We are ManyHR, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We are not just a recruitment agency; we position ourselves as a partner that supports businesses across more than 20 countries, including markets within the European Union. We have closed more than 7,000 vacancies and maintain a database of over 100,000 candidates. We specialize in IT, Marketing, Top Management, Finance, and Sales, and we perform mass recruitment within the EU.

We deliver our services through a structured recruitment process with robust selection stages, from detailed brief completion to final conferences, ensuring suitable candidates are identified. We offer service packages ranging from Basic to Platinum, provide market analytics, and conduct candidate testing (including VR-CleverPoint and DISC 360), with a guarantee period of up to 12 months. We also offer the Performation Test, a free assessment of potential candidates' strengths and weaknesses.

In addition to recruitment, we offer HR-related services such as HR department audits, the development of welcome-books and welcome-boxes, KPI development, and conducting one-to-one meetings with teams to optimize performance.
