We are a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We were initiated to help fresh graduates and job seekers connect and match with employers, especially those aiming to work in the Tech Industries. In addition to our function as a bridge between the education sector and the industry, we aim to help shape a clear career path for fresh graduates through our mentoring and training programs.

We believe our programs can help create a productive environment in companies and improve employee benefits for job seekers, which benefits Indonesia. We provide upskilling and reskilling for Indonesia's workforce to be able to work in the tech industries; we create mentoring programs to upgrade skills related to the current company needs; we act as a bridge that connects the education sector and industries to match qualifications and skills needed in the industry; we provide training for company trainees on jobs they are assigned to; and we headhunt for companies needing experienced workforces in their fields.
