MatchUp Emprending

MatchUp Emprending is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Medellín, Colombia.

We are a project created by the student group Emprending, with the purpose of providing work experience to students at Universidad EIA and supporting companies in the Medellín Metropolitan Area with quality human capital, through creating links between the parties so they work together and meet their objectives.

Our approach centers on classifying information available in the student and business databases to connect the right people with the appropriate organization.

Our specialties are Education, Recruiting, and Headhunting.
