Medical Recruitment s.r.o. — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We specialize in staffing hospitals, polyclinics, sanatoriums, and other healthcare facilities in the Czech Republic with experienced healthcare professionals. We provide recruitment and outreach services for staff and specialized professionals through direct outreach according to clearly defined client needs.

For employers, we search for and contact suitable candidates in the Czech Republic or in countries where we have representation, according to defined criteria. We conduct selection and testing of candidates on our side, and we perform online or in-person interviews with candidates. We assist with onboarding and adaptation of new employees to their new roles, and we provide assistance services upon the employer's request. For employees, we provide opportunities to find new employment on the job market, help navigate the job market and provide guidance in seeking opportunities, and offer consulting and legal support during six months from starting employment. We handle full administrative processing of necessary documents in accordance with applicable norms for nostrification of diplomas for foreign specialists.

We operate in the Czech Republic and, where applicable, in other countries where we have representation.

We provide basic Czech language courses for foreign specialists.
