Meentas, we are a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Our mission is to transform the hiring process, making it faster, more humane, and more efficient. We are living a new paradigm in recruitment, consolidated especially after the 2020 pandemic. In this context, we developed an innovative solution: a platform designed by HR specialists, intended for both those seeking employment and the companies that want to hire talent quickly and effectively.

Within our platform, each candidate presents their profile through a sequence of elements: a video interview up to 90 seconds (Meentas); Meenta 1 focuses on the job profile; Meenta 2 addresses key competencies; and Meenta 3 presents a spontaneous question that cannot be re-recorded. In addition, CVs and competency evaluations are stored in a single accessible, organized space ready for recruiters to consult. We understand how much time is required to read, filter, and analyze CVs, and therefore our app allows candidates to record their Meentas from any device at the moment they choose, enabling companies to know them from day one of the search.

We provide a platform where CVs, competency evaluations, and professional contacts are hosted in a single space, organized and accessible for recruiters. We also enable the capture and presentation of candidate profiles through the Meenta steps, including video interviews, to support the hiring process.

We currently operate in Argentina and Uruguay, with regional and international projection and ongoing expansion across Latin America.
