MEGOHIRING is a self-employed recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We are a professional recruitment team with more than five years of experience in doing what we love. We help to find the best talents and build teams for product and outsourcing companies, startups and research and development centres.

We search for a wide range of specialists: technical roles across any technology stack and direction (backend, frontend developers, data science, operations, etc.); non-technical roles such as marketing, digital, finance; and C-Level specialists who are responsible for the strategy of the company. We accompany the whole hiring process: identifying needs, forming a job specification, market research, developing a pipeline of relevant candidates, interviewing, consulting and feedback to the hiring manager, and making offers. We’re ready to help with searches for specialists worldwide, on the local market and with relocation from another country.

We focus on recruiting specialists across technical and non-technical fields, including C-Level executives.
