MentorMade is a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.

To grow your company, you need the right candidates in place when the situation demands it. We focus on building relationships with these candidates before the demand arises. We believe that mentoring as a tool and concept can help solve this matter. Therefore we have developed a relationship-based pre-talent management tool, where highly talented students form relationships with companies through a mentoring arrangement.

We deliver our services through a mentoring-based approach that connects talented students with companies via mentoring arrangements. We enable organisations to select employees who will become mentors for the most talented students at educational institutions. We ensure that the mentors are ready for the task with a mentoring seminar and we facilitate contact between mentor and mentee.
