MindShaped ApS

We are MindShaped ApS, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Silkeborg, Denmark.

We offer a unique concept to train leaders and employees to perform in a busy everyday life. You may know the feeling—the inbox is overwhelming, you struggle to reach what you want, you feel you are not meeting your goals, and you worry about forgetting parts of what you set out to do. With our approach, we provide you with one consolidated overview of all tasks, prioritized for each day, so the inbox is at zero. Our main task is not to teach you the systems, but to help you change your habits. Performance comes from well-being, and well-being does not come from culture alone but from the employees and leaders who shape the culture; therefore we focus on your employees and give them the best possible starting point.
