Mine2Talent, we are a self-owned organization in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Montrouge, France.

We focus on detecting and selecting talents who bring not only skills but also strong situational and collective intelligence. We engage with management committees of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large groups, and we apply the same care to junior roles when potential needs to be detected. We operate independently and we act as ambassadors for the roles and for our clients' companies, delivering each assignment with attention to detail and a collaborative approach to the candidate-employer relationship.

We deliver our services through a process-focused approach that emphasizes collaboration with clients and candidates, and we maintain a partnership approach to the relationship between candidates and employers.
