Montparnasse Factory, we are a privately held recruitment firm operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We focus on recruiting profiles of excellence in Corporate Finance, including FP&A/Controlling, Consolidation, Reporting & Standards, Audit & Internal Control, and Transactions Services / M&A. We recruit profiles from large audit, transactions, and financial advisory firms. The Big4MF program was created to address this gap and connects premium profiles to the job market with extended services. From the outset, we integrated entirely and exclusively with the LinkedIn platform. This alignment places our ecosystem (candidates, clients, postings, groups, ads, news, etc.) at the heart of the social business network to benefit from real-time advantages and innovations offered by this platform. This approach results in a simplified and more flexible communication, favored by our audience, and even allows us to forgo a website.
