We handle sourcing, pre-screening, and competency-based interviews, and we prepare reports and present candidates. We support onboarding and assist with the development of your employer branding. We manage the end-to-end cycle for both companies and candidates. We believe the only way for work relationships to be a win/win is with transparency and empathy throughout the recruitment process.

We deliver our services by managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both clients and candidates. We perform sourcing and pre-screening, conduct competency-based interviews, and compile reports with candidate presentations. We provide onboarding and support in the development of employer branding.

We conduct IT profile searches across Development (Backend, Frontend, FullStack), Infrastructure (DevOps, SysAdmin, Network Administrator, Cloud Engineers), DBAs, QA (Functional, Automation, Mobile), UX Designers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. Our talent sourcing skills include Boolean operators on LinkedIn and Google's X-Ray technique to generate strings that point to IT profiles on LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
