MyProfjob

MyProfjob, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Dnipro, Ukraine.

We specialize in the search and outstaffing of personnel for industrial enterprises in metalworking, woodworking and the production of reinforced concrete structures. We work with specialists from Ukraine and Belarus who have supported industrial enterprises in Estonia for many years.

We deliver our services by searching for qualified specialists according to enterprises' requirements, and by conducting selections through personal interviews, video interviews, technical testing, and assessment of the psychological suitability for the company. We provide visa support and assistance with paperwork for legal employment, and we maintain our own database of applicants in metalworking, woodworking and production of reinforced concrete structures with relevant experience.

Our areas of specialization cover metalworking, woodworking and the production of reinforced concrete structures, with processes designed to align with client requirements and industry standards.

We operate in Ukraine and Belarus, and our work includes engagements in Estonia.
