We are New Work Agency, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Minsk, Belarus.

We are a young and advanced HR employment agency focused on developing human potential and labor resources. Our goal is to help Belarusians find decent, highly paid jobs in Europe. We primarily find personnel for companies in Lithuania and Poland. We thoroughly know the labor market features in European countries and use modern methods and technologies during the search, evaluation and selection of employees.
