We are OasYs Consultants, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We provide coaching services and outplacement support to corporate leaders, senior executives, and other executives across France and French-speaking Switzerland.

We organize our work by practice areas, including Marketing & Sales, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, IT, and others, to enable informed support for candidates. We uphold the values of agility, creativity, transparency, and confidentiality, and we are driven by our passion for people. We offer a Learning Transition concept that gives candidates access to a pool of training days to be taken with our partner Demos, the second-largest training provider in France.

We provide services in Outplacement, Coaching, Bilan de Compétence (competency assessment), Formation Managériale (management training), Accompagnement des transformations (change management support), and Dynamisation d'équipe (team engagement).

We operate in France and French-speaking Switzerland, with offices in Paris, Lyon, and Bordeaux in France, and in Geneva, Lausanne, and Neuchâtel in Switzerland. We are part of an international network of partners in 28 countries and 225 offices.

Our clients include large international or national companies as well as smaller organizations in Industry, Services, Banking, Trade, and the Public Sector.
