Odgers Sweden is a partnership operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 1966 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We provide executive search for top-level management positions and for non-executive board members, and we work in long-term client relationships that give us knowledge and a deep understanding of our clients’ business, culture, current situation, and strategic direction. We combine global practices with local expertise in each country. We provide services to organizations with various ownership structures.

We deliver our services by leveraging a global network of partners, assignment managers, and research consultants who collaborate across borders. We build teams by combining sector, function, and regional knowledge with the client's best interests in mind. We focus not only on the client but also on the candidates. We have a well-established process for ensuring diversity and address this throughout our search work.
