We classify staff into three groups: Group one: personnel with a simple (general) profession. Group two: Semi-professional personnel. Group three: expert personnel. All of them will be introduced to employers after passing sections such as, corporal and health tests, giving some commitments as guarantees, training and safety classes, and so on.
